PIG-CYCLE
From one of my favorite blogs, Kitsch & Classics, two of my favorite things: spit roasted pork and a bicycle. Kitsch & Classics is one of the most amazing food bloggers I've come across. Each post blows my mind.
This little pig is stuffed with starfruit, cashews, and tropical spices. It is basted with fresh coconut water and served with cashew and tamarind satay sauce! Consider me humbly inspired.
